Receiving & warehousing for Orange County's design trade

Your vendors and freight carriers ship straight to our Costa Mesa warehouse. We inspect against the manifest, log every piece by client and job, and hold it until you're ready — so nothing sits in a driveway or a garage waiting on the rest of the order.

FAQ

Receiving & warehousing, answered

Can vendors ship directly to your warehouse?

Yes — that's the point. Give your vendors and freight carriers our Costa Mesa address, and we'll receive on your behalf, inspect against the manifest, and let you know the moment it arrives.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

We inspect and photograph every piece against the manifest on arrival. If there's freight damage, we document it immediately and let you know before it becomes a surprise on install day.

How long can you hold items in storage?

As long as you need. Many clients hold items until an order is complete, then schedule one consolidated install rather than several partial deliveries.
